Terms & Conditions

  1. Participation in the #Eyesonmy2025 Snap & Win Contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
     

  2. Participants must be 18 years old and above, legal Malaysian citizens, and registered TikTok users.
     

  3. ​The Contest period is 1 February 2025 to 31 August 2025 (submission deadline).

How to Participate

Step 1: Make a video featuring our eyewear (from the designated brand).
Step 2: Upload your video to TikTok. Make sure your profile is "PUBLIC" so that we can view it.
Step 3: Tag @official brand account and hashtag #eyewearbrandname #Eyesonmy2025 #optical shop name
Step 4: Follow official brand account to get the results!

Submission Requirements:

1. Video Requirements:

- Must feature Alfio Raldo, Alain Delon, or Guy Laroche eyewear (purchased in optical shop).
- Content must be original and adhere to TikTok Community Guidelines.
- Videos must not contain religious, political, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

2. Video Upload:

- Post on TikTok using the designated hashtags:

  • Alfio Raldo: #AlfioRaldoEyewear #Eyesonmy2025 #optical shop name

  • Alain Delon: #AlainDelonEyewear #Eyesonmy2025 #optical shop name

- Tag the official brand accounts:

- Participants must retain proof of purchase (receipt) and present it when claiming prizes.

3. Submission Limit:

  • Unlimited number of videos. Creativity is encouraged!

Winners & Prizes

1. How to Win:

I . Monthly selection of participants with the highest interaction rates, views, and shares (3 participants per brand). 
II. This contest will run for seven months, resulting in 63 finalists, each receiving a pair of sunglasses. 
III. The 63 finalists will compete in another round to determine the top 10 for the finals. 
IV. The final winners (5 in total) will be selected through a combination of live and in-person judging events. 
V. All 63 finalists are required to attend our luxurious award ceremony and may bring one family member or friend.
VI. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree not to challenge and/ or object to any decisions made by the Organiser in connection with the Contest.

2. Prizes:

I. 1st Prize: Korea Travel for 2 Persons
II. 2nd Prize: Iphone 16 Pro
III. 3rd Prize: 1 Night in W Hotel (King Size Bedroom)
IV. Special Prizes: RM500 cash + RM500 Product Gift Pack

Data Usage and Protection:

- All submissions may be used for the brand's social media marketing and video editing purposes.
- By participating, contestants authorize the brand to use their video submissions permanently, without additional compensation.
- The brand commits to complying with Malaysia’s privacy laws by encrypting user personal information (e.g., contact details) and using it solely for competition-related notifications and subsequent collaborations.

- User data will not be disclosed or used for other purposes without explicit consent.
- Contestants may request the deletion of their personal information after the competition ends; however, publicly shared videos and related content will remain in the brand's marketing archives.

Important Notes:

- All submission videos must be uploaded and comply with the rules by the deadline: August 31, 2025.
- The brand reserves the right to decide on collaborations with the top three winners. If a collaboration is agreed upon, specific endorsement details (e.g., advertising shoots, in-person events) will be negotiated further and contract signing.
- Submissions must be authentic and valid. Any violations or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Finalists are required to cooperate with the brand for offline promotions and related activities.

Disclaimer:

- The organizers reserve the final interpretation of the contest rules and may adjust the contest process and prize allocations as necessary.
- The brand reserves the right to decide whether to sign endorsement contracts with the top three contestants and bears no legal liability if collaborations are not finalized.
- The organizers are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by technical problems or force majeure.
